Yes, orders are paid up front. If you haven't downloaded any photo, you can get a full refund from your order page within 14 days, and every AI photoshoot order includes one free retake.
Your selfies are used only to make your AI photoshoot and are never used to train AI models. Selfies and photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, or right away when you press "Delete my photos" on your order page. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
Processing starts right after you submit. Photos appear on your order page one by one as they're ready.
Yes. On a computer, scan the QR code in the upload step and pick selfies from your phone. They appear on your computer right away.
Monthly plans open soon, from $29.90 a month. Unused photos will roll over for up to 2 months. Until then, one-time packs need no account.
