What we collect
- Your email address, to send your order link and receipts.
- The selfies you upload, and any reference photo on the Max plan.
- The photos we make for you.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
We use your selfies only to make the photos you ordered, including a free retake if you ask for one. We use your email to send your order link, receipts and answers to your questions. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your selfies and photos are never used to train AI models. Selfies and finished photos are deleted automatically 30 days after your order. You can delete them sooner at any time from your order page. Order records needed for accounting and refunds are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can delete your photos from your order page, or email hello@getaiphotoshoot.com to delete your order record or ask what we hold about you.
